  • By Air: The nearest airport is Pantnagar Airport (PGH), about 50 km away. Alternatively, you can fly into Indira Gandhi International Airport (Delhi), approximately 270 km from Jim Corbett. From Delhi, take a taxi or drive for about 6-7 hours to reach the park.

  • By Train: The nearest railway station is Ramnagar Railway Station, located 10 km from the park’s entry gates. Trains from cities like Delhi, Lucknow, and Kolkata connect to Ramnagar, with a journey time of around 5-6 hours from Delhi.

  • By Road: Jim Corbett is 270 km from Delhi (6-7 hours by car) and 65-70 km from Nainital (2-3 hours). Taxis and private cars are readily available from nearby cities.

  • By Bus: The Uttarakhand Transport Corporation (UTC) operates buses from Delhi to Ramnagar. You can opt for regular, deluxe, or Volvo buses for a comfortable ride.

  • Self-Drive: If you enjoy road trips, you can drive from Delhi or nearby cities, taking in scenic views along the way.

  6. Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of invoice issuance date.
  7. Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.

  2. Token amount is non refundable in any cases.
  3. Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.
  4. Cancellations charges will vary from 25 % – 50% of the total tour package cost.
  5. 100 % Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or
  6. No show scenarios.
  7. No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other Greenland Himalayas services.
  8. Greenland Himalayas have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.
  9. In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Greenland Himalayas will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
