- Nearest Airport: Gaggal Airport, located 13 km from Dharamshala.
- Connectivity: Direct flights are available from Delhi, Chandigarh, and Kullu. For better connectivity, fly to Indira Gandhi International Airport (Delhi) and take a connecting flight to Dharamshala.
By Train:
- Nearest Railway Station: Kangra Railway Station (25 km from Dharamshala).
- Connectivity: Trains from Delhi, Amritsar, and Pathankot connect to Kangra. Alternatively, Pathankot Railway Station (90 km away) offers better connectivity. From Pathankot or Kangra, taxis or buses are available to reach Dharamshala.
By Road:
- By Car/Taxi: Well-connected by road to major cities, with a 480 km drive from Delhi (approx. 10-12 hours). Taxis and private vehicles are available.
- By Bus: Regular buses from cities like Delhi, Chandigarh, and Amritsar, operated by HPTDC, as well as Volvo buses for a comfortable journey.
- Self-Drive: A scenic road trip to Dharamshala is ideal for road enthusiasts, especially with the picturesque hills and routes

Cancellation Policy
- All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
- Token amount is non refundable in any cases.
- Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.
- Cancellations charges will vary from 25 % – 50% of the total tour package cost.
- 100 % Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or
- No show scenarios.
- No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other Greenland Himalayas services.
- Greenland Himalayas have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.
- In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Greenland Himalayas will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
