  • Shimla: Nearest airport is Jubarhati Airport (23 km). Flights are available from Delhi and Chandigarh. Taxis are easily accessible.
  • Manali: Nearest airport is Bhuntar Airport (50 km). Flights operate from Delhi and Chandigarh with taxi services available.

By Train:

  • Shimla: Board a train to Kalka Railway Station (90 km), then take the Kalka-Shimla Toy Train or hire a taxi/bus to Shimla.
  • Manali: Closest railway station is Joginder Nagar (145 km). Limited connectivity; buses or taxis recommended.

By Road:

  • Shimla: Well-connected by road from Delhi (350 km) and Chandigarh (120 km) with buses, private taxis, or self-drive options.
  • Manali: Located 310 km from Shimla, 570 km from Delhi, and 300 km from Chandigarh. Regular buses and taxis are available.

  4. To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
  5. Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us.
  6. Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of invoice issuance date.
  7. Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.
  8. To give better experiences to our guests, our company also rolls out special offers. This includes upgraded
  9. Hotels, Room Category, and Vehicle Type. No additional cost will be levied for such upgrades and this exciting news will be shared with you either before or during the trip.
  1. All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
  2. Token amount is non refundable in any cases.
  3. Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.
  4. Cancellations charges will vary from 25 % – 50% of the total tour package cost.
  5. 100 % Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or
  6. No show scenarios.
  7. No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other Greenland Himalayas services.
  8. Greenland Himalayas have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.
  9. In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Greenland Himalayas will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
